The guys were excellent in their explanations of what they were going to do. Went about their work diligently & with care of the surrounding area. Completed the removal of both the furnace & AC units in short order then cleaned the furnace area & began the furnace installation. One of the technicians was working on the AC unit while his partner finished the furnace unit. Then the new AC unit was finished & coolant pumped in.
Both work flawlessly & I’m very pleased with the Blue Collar company!

I am very late in submitting this review but I feel I need share my story about a wonderful experience we had with Blue Collar Company when our home had an urgent maintainence issue.  In January of this year our hot water heater went out.  I am a senior citizen and my husband has a disability and cannot walk well, so I had no idea what to do or who to call.  I called a family memeber and she suggested Blue Collar Company as a co worker had used them and were extremely satisfied.   With in  hours a workman was at our home to assess and trouble shoot.  Our technician  explained to myself and my husband that we needed to replace the hot water heater and he would have a new one the next day.  He stayed true to his word, he was honest and respectful of our home, even though he was only in the basement.  As senior citizens I know we are vulnerable to scammers.  This is a compamy we trust. Moving forward, Blue Collar Company will always be our first call.
